looks much more indica than sativa, if not all. i've heard somewhere that its really uncommon to find a plant thats pure indica or sativa and they're almost all hybrids now.

Headband Diesel sounds amazing, I really want to try some out. Headband is a cross between Diesel and a Super Skunk x Sensi Northern Lights. Diesel and Northern Lights are Indicas and Super Skunk is a sativa, so Headband is mostly Indica. There are a few major differences between sativas and indicas. Pure Sativas refer to plants that grow in areas of the world with longer and hotter growing seasons such as Southeast Asia, Africa and South America. Sativas provide a clearer, creative, sometimes motivational, more cerebral high than Indicas. The most well known Pure Indica varieties come from Central Asia and the Middle East and were originally bred for hashish cultivation. Indicas have a more couch-lock effect on people. I like to say that when I smoke sativas I am high and when I smoke Indicas I am stoned. The one thing is that Sativas take much longer to mature and finish flowering and therefore there are very few pure sativas left. Indica plants are easier to grow and mature faster so commercial growers prefer them obviously. Hope that helps.

Yeah it all matches with what you said: "so Headband is mostly Indica, Indica plants are easier to grow and mature faster". This girl has definatley matured fast so Id say it is predominately indica. This plant has a great history it was a single bag seed in dank dank headband that I got and I kept it for 8 months until spring and then I planted it and now its flowering. It was a tiger stripe looking seed and I could tell it was healthy and ready to sprout some buds. The chances of a seed in dank sensimilla bud (oxy moron): little to none , chances of one seed being a female: little to none. Im sure some people will come and tell me Im wrong and it does happen alot but whatever Im super satisfied.

He is saying that if those pics are recent you should FIM 3 bud sites. FIM is a technique whereby the grower tops the plant so that it produces multiple tops. You make the cut below the center of the node, leaving about 10% still there.
