That's weird, but it could be how the plants are raised.
Mine start in that environment from seed and grow in it throughout.
I can see cannabis reacting to a change in the environment such as moving them outdoors or different spots.
But yeah, they can be finnicky from time to time.
I still don't think moonlight coming in a window is going to do anything to the OPs plants.

Nah I don't either. Unless it's what you are talking about.

Change to environmental status.

I also grow all mine (except for seedlings. Those are under CFLs) outdoors as well. Whole life essentially.

Might be possible that the 2 lamps on the street are hitting mine just right. But as I had said once I moved them to a less lit area of the yard it was fine.

There is a massive difference between street lights which generate enough light that we have used them for 30+ years to grow cannabis..... and the moon which DOES NOT generate light.
