Here we go! Finishing off the year with a DWC and organic indoor shed grow.
I got my Power shot Cannon ;)

Now i have a lot of work to do Insulating and drywall in my shed before things get up and running. Here are some pic's of my Shed.

As you can see its a bit messy in there :P

But i have plenty of room in their as well,
i plan on making a mother room, clone room/veg room.
Flowering room.
4 table rotation in the flower room.

ill update as the days go along.

day 3 Germ - Trainwreck -

Thanks Miztaj, yeah i can't wait until it's finished. Only take me a day to clean it out and put insulation in it. I might skip the drywall and just cover the walls in plastic wrap, then i only have to worry about the Walls that divide the rooms.

Looks pretty cold in that tent.
Yeah it looks cold but its not to bad, I'll be more concerned on the heat in their then then the cold.
I'll be covering the whole thing in snow, we get quite a bit of snow here and this is only from 2 days really. Once it's covered it will act as insulation :)

I'm going to be buying some Wind turbines to power my lighting.

Whisper 200: EZ Wire II wind only 24-48-volt. 3.0-meter diameter rotor. Rated at 1000-Watts at 26 mph. 5-year warranty. $3299.00

Or the

Whisper 500: EZ wind only 24 volt.
5000-Watts at 26 mph. 5-year warranty.
$9401.00

These come with Inverters batteries, and control panel allowing me to plug in Household appliance's.

The Whisper 500 would power my House and my shed. I really do not need this much power, and if these are over your budget there is cheaper version.
The Air X land is around $825.00 and you're mounting kits range from $204.00 - 1200.00 27'-50' these would be good if your in the city small and convenient.

Now i think i want to lean toward Multiple 430watt HPS for my lighting.

But the Turbines allow me to power every on a green energy source, allowing the power bill to stay very low.

All and all wind power is Great!

Thanks Veeners5 i hope to hear from ya.

I'll be curious to see how this goes and what it takes to make it work. What are the dimensions of that shed and how much and what type of insulation is enough? Hard to imagine hot lights inside still leaving snow on the roof.

definitely scribed to this one. a buddy of mine was just talking about how he was going to turn his shed into a grow room. I'll have to show him this thread to get some ideas since he lives up the hill a bit where they get quite a bit more of snow than down here in the foothills. stoked to see this when it's fully operational :blsmoke:

If i leave the snow thats on their now it will melt away but if i shovel snow around and on top of it. It will melt but there should be a lair of ice in between the snow and roof of the shed. this will allow water to flow down.

For my insulation, ill just use the normal household shit.
I have a dog room in the house and it has exposed insulation i can take to put in their cutting my costs even more :D
if the snow on the roof melts too much ill just leave it exposed and will build the snow up against the walls of the shed still.

I'm going to go and get the dimensions right now ill post back to ya guys soon.bongsmilie

Right on man hope to hear from all you guys as this thread grows.
tell your buddy to get on it! He does not need to get Expensive insulation, any shit will do if your running hps bulbs in their its going to heat it up great. The only thing I'm concerned about it my fresh air intake... I do not want -40'C air coming into a 25'C environment... but i think i can heat the air a bit before it enters the room.
I'll have my intake fan pulling in cold air, going threw a series of vents, I will hook up a T-joint in my ventilation with a small heater blowing hot air into their allowing the air to channel around the room in hoses warming it up before i release it into the room. this would only cost you 50 bucks tops, when your all said and done.
ducting, t-joints, and a duct reducer so you can set your small space heater or whatever you use so it kinda fits in their, the reducer just allows you to have a opening on one end that your heater can fit into and then you can go back to whatever " of ducting you use.

but hopefully winter does not harsh my mellow.

Well i went and grabbed the dimensions of the shed.
24'x12'x10' the peak of the roof is 10'
It's a large shed, but despite all the snow their is still a large portion of bugs in their.
I'm going to have to Fumigate the fucking thing and then get some praying mantis and ladybug eggs.
Their is a variety of helpful bugs on this site here.
http://www.natural-insect-control.com

They are great little pets who protect your garden. Their more for outdoor garden's with a lot of pests. The large praying mantis will kill mice even, so they got your back covered ;)

Day [ -1 ] Planted Trainwreck ( 2x Mothers)
Should be popping up tomorrow, I've got them in soil and am using the lighting from my Areogarden. lol.
Just for the time being ;)
I have some other bulbs but i have no clue what they are.
So might as well toss em in lol

I've decided to keep my mothers inside, and my clones will veg inside.
The shed will be a full out Flower chamber. Two 600 watt Hps with Large reflectors. Still a long ways away from even plugging in my HPS lights.
This is going to be my poorest op ever, most of my gear is in another city...
My mothers are only going to see CFL lighting anyways, so no worries for gear right now.

Pics will be updated soon of the little guys and their Ghetto home.

Yeah that elaphant bud is supposed to be some potent shit but thats just from what i've read. U running both lights vertically?

TillthedayiDIE420

Well-Known Member
One Vertical and one horizontal, but i just found on ebay grow tents 76"x76"x76" for 180 bucks...I might do both Horizontal now...

Both have popped out of the ground, and are looking very healthy and strong. Strong sprouts are always a good sign. ;)

Product Description

Elephant Bud - 10 pack
ORDER ID: CDELEP

This is one of our original 3 biggest and strongest strains on earth! We've evolved the Danish Underground genetics to a more cerebral high than Upstate with even more crystals. You will be abducted by aliens if you're not careful with this one! It's hard to pick a holy grail, but Elephant Bud's colas are so massive, if you let one fall over, it'd be like Gozilla stomping on Tokyo. I probably should have named it Godzilla, but if we somehow manage to top this one in the next 10 years, THAT will have to be called Godzilla.

This monster is huge right from germination and so vigorous, you barely have a vegetation stage. And, flowering is FAST - REALLY FAST.
This is a whole new level in commercial growing, as it cranks out jaw-dropping yeild and potency faster than anything before it.

If you want more body stone in your superstrain, go for Upstate or Elephant Narcotica. Check out Euforia Unlimited for a mind-altering up high. Any one of them will flat-out blow your mind.

Quantities are limited to 2 packs per person and we sell out FAST.
