With the really warm sunny weather in the uk i was thinking about moving my plant outside to grow in the sunshine for a few hours a day and then moving it back inside later to when the sun starts to go down to finish the light cycle. Is it ok to do this?

if you start when the plants are young and its not the middle of summer, you should be ok. putting plants out under the sun can sun burn them if they are not used to it. start them off in a shady area and move them into a bit more sun each day. taking your plants outdoors has other risks, you could bring in pests or diseases.
