Induction lighting? is it worth it.. can someone help me choose a light?

I don't think many people use these types of lights for growing, not yet anyway. Since you are interested in using them why don't you do the research and share the results with the rest of us. If you don't hear from anyone Goggle it and see what comes up.

If you really want to stay under $70 for grow lights, I'd suggest just getting some CFLs. Home Depot has 12 packs of 23 watt CFLs for $21. They also have a 12 pack of 42 watt CFLs for about $100. I've used both with decent results.

what results did you get?
how many plants

+ i have already two 125w dual spec cfl's just need something different

I get better results with HPS and LED than from CFLs.

You can grow 1 big plant, or many small ones. Cool thing with CFLs, you can position them around the plant. I prefer using a larger number of smaller wattage CFLs (23 watt - 42 watt) because they are more efficient than the larger ones, and you can spread your light out better, as opposed to having 1 big light, because CFLs have very poor penetration, big or small, and you need to keep them close to the plants to get the most out of them (within 1" - 2" of the plants).

Results will depend on your strain, your growing habits, and overall knowledge of growing.
