can cfl's and long flor tubes be picked up on infrared from police choppers and what not? i have 4 26w cfl's and 2 gro lux flor tubes. just wondering. thanks.

rule of thumb a home is fine with 1000 watts additonal power per room so a 3 bedroom house can use 3000 watts without any notice
