Input on pollinating appreciated

Okay so I have my parents picked out as well as the branch on each I want to pollinate. Got the pollen collected. Mating A Querkle M and a Mazar F, and also a Trainwreck M and a Vanilla Kush F. Collected the pollen and tonight's the night. Got a spot picked out for the dark period. My >?< is for tomorrow when I reintroduce the females to the flowering room. Do I need to take any precautions to stop pollen from spreading in front of the circulation fans? I was thinking of spraying the site with water as I heard it renders the pollen nonviable. I just don't want to ruin the pollen that the pistils are using to produce seeds. Will this cancel the pollination out if I spray 12 hours after painting the pistils? Should I spray or not? Is there any other technique I should be using to stop unwanted pollination? Thanks in advance for any input.

If possible, let your females sit with the pollen on them for a day or two, make sure it sets in. Even if you have to give her weak light to keep her out of the flowering room. After a few days, give her a good shower and kind of tap her branches so shes not too wet and put her back in the room. You should be OK.

Good shower, not a dusting. Maybe cover the dirt so it doesn't soak in, although a good flush never hurts.

ok, thanks for your advice. So spraying ok but I shouldn't do it today, I should wait another night at least. I just wish I knew this sooner. I would of made a nice little home for them for a week seeing as I'm going to paint again in 3 days.

Yeah, I bought myself a little CFL 125 watt light and hood for like $40 at the hydro shop just for my mommas to get pregnant in my unused shower. Good luck.
