I've read of people using honey for cloning. You ever tried that?

Well, I just cut an 8 inch branch that was crowded between several others. I dipped the end in honey and stuck it an inch into a cup of the mix I start my plants in. I think I'll do a couple more to better the odds. It's off that big plant so if it don't work,fk it. I need to clear it out down there anyway. I was lax in not cutting some of those vertical risers from 45 days ago and if the for would have flowered like the pistils foretold , then it would have just been fat buds. However, no. Now, at least, there are about 20 that are getting long as shit and weaving in and out of the uppers. Soon as I get to the store(hopefully tomorrow), then I'll have the good stuff and will cut a few more before I cut the lights at 9. How much light should I give these things? Research says ,"indirect light" . I'd rather just have a PPFD number even if it's 75. I sit it out from under the light on the floor beside the plants. I trimmed off all leaves but the 2 top ones. At least the donor is healthy.

Never tried honey but It’s a good experiment. It’s really not difficult, keep your tools clean and sharp, any exposed cuts go either straight in a glass of water until ready or straight in gel/powder and then the cube. Keep them warm, keep them moist and keep them humid.. should have roots in a week or 2

I wouldn’t worry about light ppfd.. just so long as they are getting veg hours.

Thanks man, I appreciate it. I haven't really considered it until recently. But, I have some good photo strains to try and I'd love to find a real thumper pheno that I could keep going awhile. The space issue running regular photos vs. female autoflowers is a big issue too. Tents aren't too expensive sans lights I'm seeing. Im gonna put the cuttings under one of my old lights since I'm flipping tomorrow night.

So I should be alright with them on the floor 1.25 meters below my normal light? Shit, I'm gonna buy jelly and cubes tomorrow. I'm getting psyched. A friend told me the other day he pays $100 a 1/4 or $15-$20 a gram for weed he gets that comes from an Oklahoma dispo. This shit ain't any better than alot of the autos I've grown. He won't even roll a joint because it's so expensive. I roll joints big as my finger and leave the 2nd half with whoever I'm smoking with. Nobody knows I'm growing, so, they must think I'm a high roller or just a fool. I fkn love growing my own shit!

Finally,,,.Finally, I made it to the grow store. The guy there told me he uses Clonex and he had a few dozen going in a 4x4. I wanted a few rockwool cubes, but all he had was sheets of it for $30 each. So I grabbed a few peat pellets. They're only 20 cents each. I just ran out of Tiger Bloom, so that came first. $15 not too bad. The Clonex was $7. I figured an envelope is enough to learn with. Hell, if the peat doesn't work, I'll just use a cup of water and a cup of soil. This fkr had a whole tent of Blue Dream clones in flower. 1.5 miles from the courthouse. Must be nice. Anyways, I'm gonna cut a few and flip lights tonight.

Damn. I am a fking idiot. Been running autos too long lol. I planned for a month to flip lights yesterday evening. My light has a built in timer. My dumb ass played around all day and forgot it has no clock. Just a timer where 0 hour is when it gets power. So, I had to restart it and began 12/12 last night at 9.......except...... it does the light cycle first, so, they didn't go out till 9am.....I restarted it at 9:30 so flip starts tonight. Hey, at least I can get a couple more cuttings today. Hopefully BBHP doesn't flower too long. Some of those old Mexican Sativas I used to grow seemed like they'd never finish. I had one flower 12 weeks before . Oh well, I'm starting a few GG auto seeds I found in case that big plant doesn't bud. Better than nothing.

10-12 weeks is the norm for flowering Generally, I grew super Critical last couple of runs that only took 8 but I wasn’t happy with it.

I guess those Mexican plants I had finished quick. Honestly though I just went by pistils back then. I grew some bagseed Indica indoors 3 years ago. I think it was a Granddaddy Purple cross. It was ready in 2 days over 8 weeks flowering. Thats what i was (foolishly I guess) hoping for. I've gotten spoiled timewise with these autos. Both those last 2 were sprouted and put in cup on May 10th. One is hanging in closet and the other is ready today. Today's has over 30% amber. I put the last 4 GGauto beans I found in a paper towel so something is going in case there are problems. Hey, those clones I cut the other day are still healthy so maybe they'll take root. Thanks for the wake-up. I at least have learned by now that a plant isn't done till it is. Took me a minute for that to sink in. I'll wait. Thanks.

This little thing was the easiest cannabis plant ive ever grown. Yes, its tiny as hell. But, this little thing reeks like crazy. Fast as lightning finishing too. I dont think it ever even had a yellow leaf. Back in my college days this woulda been awesome cause its so concealable. I had hoped for a bit more lol, but, you takes your freebie and your chances. It didnt matter what i fed it or how often.No deficiencies, no burn. Those cuttings are doing fine. No drooping. Theyre actually stretching to the light. It cant be this easy. Surely ive fkd up something. If this works, ill be happy.

I doubt youre gonna jinx anything. Youve had your stuff dialed in for awhile...... I aspire to get where you and alot of these other folks are. I have alot of practice coming still. Every grow of yours ive seen has been amazing. I still have much to learn, but, its nice to see where practice can lead. I did take a BBHP cutting last night from the 1 i think is female. Even if not, i need the practice and the branch was crowded.

Damn. Your grows always shine dude! Very, very nice. I feel like a fumbling child with a friggin Chia Pet in comparison to THAT! LOL. Im pretty sure my 2 biggest Hashplants are male. 1 of the smaller ones has a pistil so i guess theres hope..... i commandeered a closet to put the clones in during the dark period. Amazing that i havent killed them yet. Only 1 has any sag to it. If we get anything much from the wreck, im gonna buy myself 2x4 and 3x3 tents. Man, i bet those rooms reek to high heaven. Mmmm.

And yes, they smell amazing.. these smell like cola flavoured lollies.. I forgot to wash up before going to judo tonight and had a few comments on the smell…whoops!

Well, im pretty sure these 2, the biggest 2, are dudes. As soon as im sure, im putting those autos in there so ill have weed in 3 months. Hopefully the smaller hashplants are female. I think i saw a tiny pistil on one. Hence the need for a decent tent. I could start more now.
