intake fan

so i have my hoods set up and im almost done with my intake filter but then i realized that it was above my hoods, does it matter if my intake fan is blowing the fresh air above the hoods or should it be lower or does it even matter? can it be wherever as long as it brings in fresh air, the space is 80*110

They way I understand it, you want to exhaust from the top because that where all the heat is located and intake from the bottom of your tent.

Your heat rises so:
- exhaust at the ceiling
- intake at the floor
