I'm sure there's a lot of renters on here that can help you out. I read somewhere, that renting poses a higher risk level because of the landlord tenant contract. Basically, they can come into your place anytime they want. Personally, I would worry more about that than helicopters. Matter of fact, I would not grow under those living conditions. But I'm positive many on here live in apartments and have no issues.
