Iron Deficiency?

Mother in low light. Not sure if this is iron. Its had micro nutes and the ph is fine.
Any ideas?

Not sure about iron , i suggest you foliar with kelp and see if the new growth is green, but check out for bugs looks like you have Thrips or mites... most likely thrips, see the tracking on the leaf bottom right of your photo as well as other leaves.
