Is 1000w too much?

I have a 30"w x 30"d x 48" h closet.
I have 2-65w Fluorex(6500k each) brite white security lights.
5 wks. into veg. I added 2-65w(2700k) cfl's
I have also always had 1- 15w LED

I have the chance 2 buy a 1000w switchable system and was wondering if this would b too much 4 my small grow space, and if so

would I need a 600w or 400w or less?

MG organic soil
FF Grow big nutes every other watering
Water about every 3 days(about 1ltr.)
9" fan blows when lites are on.
12/12 for 4 days now.(keeping fingers crossed 4 females).

400 would be ok for that space. i wouldnt use more than 600 in something like a cooltube or vented hood. 1000w will turn that space into an ez-bake oven

those cfls should be inches away from the plants too..

even with a 400w its gonna get hot in there... but with a little ventilation 400w would be perfect.

here's an odd answer.. first.. NO on the 1000W. That will start a fire in your area. But.. 2 400W CMH lamps would be GREAT. Also.. could fit 8x4' T5HO lamps @ 3500K on the walls. Those would flower your shit like mad, too! You may need to change your CFL's, too.. they look like daylight, rather than 'warm'. The K rating on CFLs is critical to your outcome.

One 400 is plenty. Absolutely no reason to use any more than that.
