Is 6 65watt cfls enough? 390 watts

I have a cabinet that measures 4 feet tall 1 foot wide and 3 feet long. I wanted to do a sog with 15 plants and 390 watts of cfl. Bag seed strain with all clones right now are under and a single 65 and im thinking about adding 5 more to flower. Is that enough cfls? vntlation is a single 135cfm inline fan up top runs when lights are on.

That should be more than fine. That's over 8000 lumens/ft^2 @ 4000 lumens/bulb.
