Is a seed from a hermi always a hermi?

I removed a hermi from the tent and i am noticing a single seed. This is on my green crack that was next to it.

If I was to pop the bean is there any chance it would not grow nanners?15961487147571559389463875466215.jpg

You can't breed out Hermy, can you?
I should correct that statement about Chemdawg. I don't know if they actually came from nanners. I just kinda assumed since it was from bagweed. And I've been growing the Chem 91 clone only version and it's a lot more prone to produce nanners than most strains I've grown.

I think you can make them less likely to throw nanners if you cross them with a more stable strain. OG Kush came from Chem and it doesn't seem as bad about wanting to throw nanners.

I'm talking about nanners, and not true hermaphodites. And I'm no expert by far.

I have chemdawg in veg right now for next batch.

Herm was the star of the show till the nanners showed up but i caught it early. Stable genetics with the green crack.

Crazy man. I have clone only Chem 91 and clone only Green Crack growing right now. This is round 4 for the Chem 91. I've had the Green Crack for almost 2 years now, so I'm probably on round 7 or 8 on that one.

I agree, the Green Crack is a super easy to grow, stable strain. I haven't seen a nanner from once. The Chem 91 is a little more challenging to grow. Are yours from seed or clone? The Green Crack has been my favorite strain to grow, but it's more work to trim.

I've intentionally bred a female with a hermie. The progeny will have males, females, and hermies. Pretty much in equal ratio from what I saw.
Can you breed out hermie genetics? Of course! The F2 of my seeds had no hermies that I saw; but I only popped about 8 seeds. Mostly females, but the M:F ratio is just luck

Nice, I used Bergman ILGM. happy so far. Chem Dawg a little hard to germ but really happy with the genome I ended up with.
