No my plant seems to be getting bright on the new growth. No sure what's wrong.View attachment 4665598
I always take that as a good sign...

I think its just growing so fast (you're probably starting the stretch now, or already been in it.. Some strains dont have a very noticable stretch period.)

If that new growth becomes bigger, and then starts to darken up relative to the surrounding color green, then Id say you're fine and its just quick growth.

Im curious why all you canuck outdoor growers are behind us in Mass around 40-41-42 parallel.... I thought the more north you went, the days got shorter quicker... Do I have that backwards??

Other way around...the nights are shorter the further north you go this time of year. Alaska is the land of the midnight sun (above the arctic circle anyway).

In winter it's the opposite....shorter days up north. Applies to northern hemisphere only...works opposite below equator.

Happy looking plant, good job. Also I good looking jalapeño?
Thanks, first year with peppers in containers. Just looked up what we are receiving daily for sunshine, we are still at 13.5 hours a day. I've already started to feed her some flowering nutrients but after seeing where we are I might give her a little more N just for any stretching that may continue to happen.

Mine have grown a lot too over the last few weeks. These were taken a little over a week ago and now 2 girls are close to growing out of their mini greenhouse. They’re loving the sun we’ve been having. I use the tarp to cover up at dusk and then remove it at 6:45am, after suns been up a bit. By god, if it’s going take this long naturally I’m just force it! Hoping for a lot more stretch to fill the area up to maximize space. 2B2BF113-FDA5-4B80-975B-E308ACD36F9E.jpeg67357B76-BF44-4974-BA73-DC6261E4F557.jpeg22208268-50C4-41B6-9AA2-5DA886DE6419.jpegFD28B8CD-598E-4D9F-85E8-F240A6100DAD.jpeg
