is anyone out there growing in 2-3 litre pots? (1/2 gallon)

hi guys i saw a picture on a different forum of a guy who had grown some nice bud in 2 litre containers but cant find it now! (always the same) lol. what i want to know is has anyone grown in 2-3 litre pots? if so how were the results? my next grow is going to be a shit load of smaller plant in smaller pots but i want to see if it can be done!

you can do it, you just wont be able to veg them too long.
i would put them to 1212 as soon as i repotted to the 2 litre containers

i would also cut holes for runoff and cut them open as close to the top as possible to fit more soil

cheers man nice promt reply! yeah i saw a guy do it and for the summer i need to reduce my light output. so im thinking smaller plants-less veg.

i did try a 2 quart container grow, in my case it did not go well
they were the lower half of 1 gallon plastic water jugs, it fit very nicely in a small grow chamber
they were 4 inches deep, which i suspect did not help
i blame the pots because when i transplanted to larger pots with all other conditions being the same, plants recovered quickly

you will be feeding your plants like crazy if u let them get big in that small pot

my 2 quart pot experience was in soil
did try heavy feeding, didn't help, not sure why
used organic teas, maybe a little too nutrient light to do the job
small pots did not treat me well
