I was wondering if my plant looks healthy to you guys
36 days old zz skittles autoflower. She has been clawing a little bit but i'm switching to Bloom nutes this week so i hope she should be fine
A few leaves (like 1 or 2 fingers) have reverse canoed but she seems to be recovering.
Any tips or advice?

Fairly new grower

They look nice! Maybe a tad too much nitrogen. Looks like the tips of the fan leaves are starting to point down, maybe the beginning of nitrogen toxicity. I don't know what nutrients you're using but if the schedule calls for a swap from grow to bloom nutrients then you should be fine. Good luck

It's my first one in a long time and the last ones didn't do so good.
But i'm happy to hear everything is all good.
I tend to overstress sometimes

I'm using plagron alga grow and Will be swapping to alga bloom soon. Should i flush her with normal water first or just make the switch?
And yeah that's what i've been wondering about with the toxicity. So perhaps a good flush wouldnt hurt?

This is today 12/06

Just as a precation because its better to be safe than sorry, for the next few days just use plain ph'd water. After a week-2 you can start giving them liquid nutrients with half the amount on the back of the bottle. The next watering you can use the higher amount on the bottle.

Also stake and tie them for extra support now

You Mean stake the branches? Her main stem is already staked. Only need to Tie her higher :)
And okay that's what i was thinking with the water because she has been doing the claw a bit. Should i flush her every time by the way?
