Yup, more people than you care to know. We let them be Gay but now they want our privileges. People are rewarded for their work with pay,.. people are rewarded for civil with a good civilization, people are rewarded for love with a returned love, people are rewarded for marriage by creating a bloodline family, Gays are awarded, if you can`t make out the differences, go to college and have a shit down.......

I reserve the Right to say ..."be Gay, but stay away" too.
"Our privileges" you got a mouse in your pocket?
What the fuck is that supposed to mean you POS.

Oh look another angry Gay... What a surprise, didn`t get no insults or directed threats of violence but yet comes off as that Superhero Gay internet tough Guy.

No son,... Having a child and having a child are two different things. Being Gay should never be a Qualification because it`s a personal preference and not part of the reproduction of society.

Joint tax returns, joint health coverage, joint consent, and joint upbringing, are all targeted at Family created by Marriage between man and woman. Now, being Gay having someone else`s kid or just by documented marriage....want in.

I would gladly respect two Gays bringing up a family from wherever because it`s similar and the same primary objective, but just because one is Gay, should not automatically make them my equal or have a reserve in my privileges.

But the SCOUS says otherwise and it`s not even their job. Someone out of their jurisdiction awarded the Gay and I don`t have to like it......

Your privileges as what exactly?

Who gave you the privilege to get married?
The paper you need to do it. It`s a licensed privilege. Now because of the SCOTUS acting out of their jurisdiction,...it`s an obtainable deed documenting a union of two things. What they did to this Country is fairly easy to understand and one can`t expect everyone to like it.

Why do you think that marriage should come with some sort of monetary perks from the govt., but that same govt. and it's judicial system shouldn't be able to decide who gets those perks? If we took away all the govt. perks that make a marriage worth of shit in your eyes, would you still care so damn much, and why? If the church established marriage why aren't they taking care of all these benefits for you, what does the church do for marriage?

The church has nothing to do with creating or changing laws, neither does the SCOTUS. The SCOTUS has one task, that is to determine if a law is Constitutional or not. They gave you a license to drive my car so to speak.

No, I would not feel the same if marriage was nullified and made worth of shit. But in reality, what I had got shared with others only based on personal sex preference by a court that should never have seen it.

My religion teaches not to be Gay but has no living penalty for it and does not teach to hate it and neither do I.

Why do I think marriage should have privileges ? Because I don`t want to live in Sodom or Gomorrah.

Hence why SCOTUS deemed it unconstitutional you fucking nimwit.

Marriage is not covered in the Constitution of The United States. It should then fall back to the Federal court that wanted to send it back to the States. By ruling on it, they broke the Constitution. It went to the SCOTUS because of a lawyer not a law. The final say of the Fed. Court was back to the States, it`s a State issue. So, the courts that matter ruled in favor of the people,...Going to the SCOTUS was the unconstitutional part. Who made that happen ?

but equal protection under the law is.

and since marriage is a civil institution rather than a religious one, guess what that means, dumptruck two?

What part of a licensed privilege is Constitutional law ? Will the SCOTUS rule on other licensed privileges like driving or piloting ? I only have one dump truck.

how is marriage a privilege? when my wife and i went in, we viewed it as our right.

and again, since the constitution guarantees equal protection of the law, hopefully you can figure the rest out from there.

if you tried to say gays weren't allowed to drive or fly planes, i'm sure they would.
