Is Green Light Root Hormone a great hormone to use?

I made 3 clones 2weeks ago and none of them have roots at all. i placed them in dirt , and under 24hr Florescent light. Now yesterday i made a single clone and covered it with a moisture dome, Hopefully it grows roots. i am going to buy jiffy pellets and a moisture dome with heating pad this weekend. Just wondering am i going to be needing to buy another root hormone or if green light root hormone is great to use?

I've tried Olivia's, Rootone and Clonex but Clonex is the only one that has worked for me. Also, don't fool with the Jiffy pellets; get Rapid Rooters instead. Spend a *little* more money and actually get results. The heating pad (seed heat mat) is one of the most important things so good thinking on that.
