Will isopropyl alcohol 99% clean my bong?
Is isopropyl alcohol 99% the same thing like rubing alcohol 99%?

Yes, better than rubbing alcohol. You can also use strongest everclear. Think it's 190 proof. I use that for tincure.

Typically "Rubbing Alcohol" refers to 50% Isopropyl, 50% water...
I like a product called Purple Power for resin removal, it's cheap and does a great job

One more question if I use alcohol 99 out inside with salt and rinse than rinse with tap water until it's rinsed complete than I put plain tab water inside than I smoke the bong if I choke or by accidently inhale the water will it be bad for health or poisoness or dosent matter cause I rinsed it away?

The alcohol will rinse away and won't leave a trace. You could even rinse it with the alcohol again and dump it out and the alcohol will completely evaporate and won't leave a trace. You have nothing to worry about when using alcohol. The only bad thing with alchohol is that it can possibly react with acrylic bongs and cause it to cloud up a little bit and not be as clear, but it is still no danger whatsoever.

Whats your method? I have only done one basic green dragon tincture, and its... so.... damn...... earthy... Bitter and leafy, powerfully strong, hard to find anything I can even add it to to make it palatable...

Use CLR on your glass ... It's safe ( cleans god damn coffee pots ) ... Rinse well and you are back making clouds ...

True, but i use the CLR to remove the Calcium and Lime scale that builds up. ISO works good for resin removal.
