Is It Because of Weed or is it Derealization?

I smoked weed for the second time last Wednesday. I'm might never do it again. I felt awful when I did it (nausea, headache, paranoia) but now I'm fine. I do however feel a little bit off, like everything is a little weird to me. I think it's because of the weed but I'm not sure. I felt good when I was working out and also when I'm doing something I like or concentrating hard on something at task. When I think about the weed, I feel off and I really don't know how to explain it. Will this go away? I just want to feel 100% again! Thanks so much in advance!

PS I also have some spots of redness in parts of my eyes, is this something to worry about?

My bad, can someone move this to the right place? Sorry lol

Youll be fine, I had a bad experience from ecstasy that lasted for a couple weeks. All fucked and not correct in the head, unless you got some dirty laced weed you will be back to yourself in no time.

Sounds like you may be prone to being anxious. Try not to over think this. Red spots may mean you burst vessels whilst trying to Bogart that joint my friend. If you insist on smoking again I would take the smallest hit you can and blow it out as fast as you can and wait for something good to happen. If its not for you its not for you. I find a few beers prior takes care of the paranoia as long as I`m comfortable with the people and surroundings. (locked in my room with like 50 hoes)

I am sometimes but not usually. I'm probably not smoking again I think it's just not my thing. I'm getting better now. Will the red spots go away, because I'm sure I burst some vessels. I know I did it all wrong when I smoked it, because it was my first time doing it by myself and it was a wake n' bake. Too good of stuff to do it that way and it was a bad idea. I'm fine now for the most part. Thanks.

lol, No problem you will recover 100% and the spots will go away. I can imagine with the strength
of some of the weed out there for someone who really don`t smoke waking up and jumping in the bong
could startle ya. Take care

I'm not sure, I can't remember but it could have been. I still have the bag that it was in and it smells pretty dank but not wet basement type. I'm not sure though

If you wake up tonight, after having a dream of being burried alive, and there are a bunch of scratch marks on the celling you should maybe go to the hospital. That is never good and usualy follows the spots. Just saying be safe, seriously go to the doctor.

It was probably a super strong sativa. That usually makes an occasional cannabis smoker paranoid if its too strong of a strain. A nice kush would have made you feel much nicer with no paranoia. There is a strain out there for everybody, you just have to find it.

Hmmm....perhaps you overdid it...if it was in fact only your second time...
I have smoked til I felt really terrible...I have also smoked a blunt one time with a group of people that had been rolled before I got there anyway after we smoked it all of a sudden all I could hear was the tha thud of my heart beating all over my body...I could see everyone like talking and laughing, but I couldn't hear anything but my heart...stood up yelled I had to go home and bolted out the door...it then took me what felt like forever to get home because every few minutes I would get that feeling you feel when you are lost, or at least the feeling I always feel when lost, so I would have to stop and get my bearings...and they were 2 houses down from my house on a straight road...anyway made it home and had to lay down, but the room felt spinny and awful...it was so bad...it was either weed of a caliber for which I was not ready, or they put something in it...they were into some serious shit I found out later, and I never found out one way or another...I felt alright the next day...though as I recall...so I am not sure...are you feeling alright...? Do you have a history of depression? Sometimes I just feel down...like the world has a sad tilt all of a sudden...sometimes...it is not weed related though...but sometimes I feel like it might be..but my very worst depression was before I started smoking...perhaps don't smoke for awhile and see how you feel...perhaps you just don't like...

the first few times I smoked I didn't see the joy in it. At all...it didn't do anything...then when I was 22 I tried it again...and it was like whoa! I need to do this more...and I would smoke a few times a year for the first year...then once a month...then once a week...then every night...then every night and at lunch...then every night and at lunch and before dinner....and that is where I am now...lol...I would like to get back to every night and that is all, but what do I do with my other downtime?

Smoked some stuff one time that made me feel crazy and I laid all night staring at cracks in my ceiling...first time I smoked a strain I was trying I overdid it all at once and freaked myself out...like bam scared as shit that something just terrible was about to happen...but I talked myself out of a major panic attack...I can usually recover as long as nobody asks, "are you okay?" You bitches? you see these red eyes? I am obviously just holding on by a thread...lol. I never ask people if they are alright...I might nod my support, but no physical contact or questions when someone is fighting tears...what the eff am I even talking about?? damn I love weed.

I just feel weird like I'm watching and seeing stuff differently but I know it's all mental. I don't think I need to see a doctor but maybe a psychiatrist.

As a side note If this is ongoing for a few days I don`t think its the weed and you might be
having a different issue and should probably get some help. I know a few people who have had mental illness
come on suddenly and ended up in trouble. Not trying to scare you.
