pic three is most deffinitly showing a pollen sack. if thats a female plant with one pollen sack on it you need to keep it let it pollenate itself and those seeds will be female. but its deff a pollen sack.

yes kill the males and flush them down the toilet as soon as you are sure they are male.
flushing them down the toilet is the safest/cleanest/most efficient way of getting rid of any pollen that may occur from males but you really have about a 5-7 day window to get rid of males(after showing sex) before the pollen sacks open so yes the sooner the better.
once the plant/s start showing clear signs of sex thats when flowering begins regardless of the 12/12 photoperiod.
i went 12/12 after 4 weeks of vegg(no signs of sex/immature plants)and i took 7 days of 12/12 to first spot any signs of sex(male) and after 10 days i knew i had 3 males and 7 fems because males always show sex first.
so count the weeks of actual flowering by the plant/s status and not the photoperiod.

just wanna make sure before I kill !
is it this boy ?
i am 100% but others may argue.i see no pistils and as i said its not going to be a problem that early you can wait and see the pollen sacks forming way before they open.dont let them form in clusters once you see one or two together get rid.
have a look at these pics.
i have mixed them up so you can see the difference.
