Is it good to LST an Autoflower???

I have a 20 day old auto soon to show sex and flower. It's my first auto, and I hear autos yield less. Would it be good to at least LST and tie the main stalk down, in order to make more tops? Or should I just let it grow natural? I LST trained my last non auto plant and it got several nice colas as a result. However, autos may be different?

Absolutely.

I grow mostly auto's and all my stuff is heavily trained. Easily doubles yield.

Check sig for some trained auto grows.

Good to know i just ordered 5 fem purp haze from g13 and 3 power kush from dinafem but in the freebies i got a cheese auto and a supercheese auto or something i need to learn about them thinking about throwing them in the attic by thereself

Unless the breeder says not to lst an auto I would do it.. Increase in yield for sure if done correctly goodluck

Just like canned abyss said... Tier her down!!!!! I lst all my autos and taviddude is right ever since I started lst'ing my plants I've seen a substantial increase in yield!!

I tied my three Think Differents down for about a week, starting at day 29, then cut em' free.
Here's how they ended up growing

Juss lst my dinafem fruit as well seem to be pretty popular with the autos my first time with autos as well

wow you guys are so gentle with the tie downs i top em at three nodes then bend them backwards tie down from the middle and try to make it touch the side of the planter in a week or so then all your tops will push up and be flat across the top also if its pulled to one side of the pot you can get them further in on your light foot print 2 or 3 plants can easily share one light

but mine are always taller then the pics i see on here same strains guess its somethin to do with lighting

when my barneys pineapple express is finished my bhd will also be close dinafem white widow auto will soon follow then 2-3 weeks later my barneys sweet tooth auto will be flushing and dinafem amnesia auto will be bringing up the rear started with the shorter ones and staged it to where my larger ones would have more room heard the amnesia is rather lanky wish i would of waited on the widow didnt know it was gonna be so big

widow day 20 or sobhd it was such a cute baby they grow up so fastbarneys pineapple express widow again

very nice . i grow multiple strains all very different usually i tend to be a bit more aggresive with the lst to keep heights uniform and wish i had the money for led's they work wonders dont they

My Auto Assassin is LST'd, which was very usefull for fitting it in a very small cupboard.

that is a wonderful strain i loved it but for yield to space ratio it just doesnt cut it for me i guess you could just pop a bunch of beans and have a sea of assassins but i like variety
