Is it ok to split harvest

My top colas are ready for harvest. I can tell this by 10% amber trichomes and about 80 percent of pistil color change. My problem is my lower buds are not ready maybe need another week to 10 days. Would it adversely affect my harvest if I were to chop ones that are ready and then in a week chop the rest. Thanks for all replies and advice in advance.

I noticed you posted this on Thursday at 6 weeks. If you're talking about this one, this plant is not even close.

Well that didn't work well. Here's a link to the pics I'm talking about. Is it these plants?

I'm in the same boat, although my strains are autos and i give them light 20/4 and the one that i am looking at is like 6 weeks into flower,as i give them a bigger period of light i think that they don't need that much time and they could be ready now, with the magnifier transparent to white, not the white i've seen in pictures but they not amber, just the big hairs
