Is it okay to turn my mars hydro ts1000 up slightly in intensity in order to warm my pots about 4 degrees during germination

LED's don't produce all that much heat downwards, most of the heat is radiated upwards. In order for your LED's to raise the temps of the pots or your soil several degrees they will have to be quite close and being that close will most likely damage the seedlings once they break soil due to the light intensity.

You are better off using an HID (MH/HPS), a cheap halogen/incandescent bulb, or even a reptile heat bulb. These will provide significantly more heat without having a dangerous level of light intensity.

No worries, we've all been there! Just keep things simple. The most common beginner mistakes are overwatering, transplanting too early, and feeding too much/too soon. Your soil mix should have plenty of food to just use water for quite some time.

I bought a vivosun heating mat with sensor and controller. I continue to use it under my veg tent to ensure ground temp is always 20°C. I also use the MarsHydro TSW1000 in that tent, 70% for veg 18" or so from canopy.

I just seeded two hash passion, perfectly.
