yes if you have it on 12/12 light cycle when it sprouts it'll flower as soon as it can. iv'e had one 6in with flowers
 
I have little one in with my mothers right now. It is about 6 inches and showing flower signs. It looks funny though. So small against the mothers that are easy 3 feet tall. Go for it.

does it still take a long time to flower? if i did that, and grew a couple of em. id just use the reg. stuff right? 12/12 is until u harvest?
 
If you're going to grow small plants you may want to entertain the idea of growing SoG (Sea of Green).

You can use any seeds you have (bag seed) or seeds from a friend. Bag seed is usually not up to par though so I would recommend buying seeds. Any seeds will work though, just some better than others.
 
where do these people get these amazing seeds then? outta their plants they grow? EDIT: wat is sea of green, im getting the idea that I should buy seeds, well just have to wait n see huh (=.
 
Buy seeds you'll be happy your time and patience is paying off with kill shit..nothing more depressing then Growing shitty stuff..Mind you if you do, nine time outta ten its gonna be better than how it turned out in mexico
