I was planning to wait at least 70 days flowering time.After transplant and burning the top cola,plant stopped for a while.I bought a scope and see less milky more amber ,after that i decided to chop because i want a uppy high head,not coach lock.
I tried to look on the plant ,really very hard to see,but most of the buds are same with these pics.
Despite all, i still am.hesitating to harvest, today i gave a hard flush we will see how it's gonna be.

Here is my train of thought.
The trichs on those leaves are old.
Until the calyx swell and become covered in trichs they dont exist.
If you chop based on old leaves you will miss out on the fresh thc that will appear with swollen calyx.
The old trichs on the leaf will end up trimmed off anyway so base your decision on trichs on calxy

I agree. Def swelling. As you know some will chop based off trichs and others based on how they look. I'm still learning myself. It's an experiment.
Too be honest I only looked at the trich pics in first post. Those buds prob will swell more. But... have you been adding any nutes?
I swear my plants flowered for 12 weeks... maybe Kool Bloom dry had something to do with it. Even towards the end the trichs were less percent amber than that.
