So im on my first time growing and i think ive done really well so far but the hardest part imo is deciding its time to chop her down. Pretty far into flowering and i think its time to harvest and dry but i was looking for some reassurance, almost all the pistils have turned orange and curled in, i believe i see a few amber trichomes although i dont have the best magnifying glass, what do you guys think?

Not ready, cannot be any more accurate with pics under disco lights. Can you shut off lights and repost pics with flash? Welcome to RIU.

Looks like there are still a lot of white stigs, but hard to tell with the blurple light. Take a pic with no light and flash on

I was hoping to wet trim all the large fan leaves today and harvest in about 3-4 days, so probably not harvest today but im hoping the next few days, im hesitant to take off the fan leaves today until i got some reassurance i dont want to do it too early

Sorry i know its not the best pictures these are the best i could get
No worries, can you post a couple more from further away? The white pistils reaching out are a sign it is still growing. Once they stop you should check the trichomes on the buds and wait for some to turn amber, how much amber is really personal preference.

Don't take any leaves off. It needs a couple more weeks or so.

@Doug Dawson @PadawanWarrior also one more question, will the leaves always turn yellow during harvest window? Ive been flushing nothing but water the past couple weeks and its still nice green leaves, all of them have a tiny bit of yellowing on the tips but otherwise all green, is it just too early? Am i doing something wrong? Does it just not yellow for every plant?

I don't flush. You can cut back on the nutes towards the end though. No need to starve the plant.
