Is it to late to plant outside now? Maryland is where it'll be.

I have some big girls that's been going to 2 and a half months now and there starting to flower. I would like to have some small girls also because last year the small plants that I started late did awesome.. Please only reply if you know the facts not trying to wast my time. I put a lot of work into them. So if you have a answer please let me know. I'd also like to know if they'd do better in pots or right in the dirt. Thanks

fact is your posting to many threads in to mant different spots and your asking for direct answers from people that are generous enough to HELP you with your issue's but you think that this site just caters to noobs who are very demanding on answers while giving shit for reference to go on and you want it now.. I didn't really know what I was doing at first. I got some help though. I didn't mean to post as many as I did I just didn't think it was working because I couldn't find them. Sorry if it bothered ya.
