You have time to finish a plant, but I wouldn't expect too much yield.

I started some autos last year around this time, maybe a little into august, like the 15th or something and the buds were ok I guess. Too much rain and poor sun later in the flowering cycle though so they were airy and it was just too much of a hassle.
