Is my weed done?

OKAY so this is a big devil automatic plant, not sure how long its been flowering, it grew really small because of lack of light but do these buds look done? also there are buds at the bottom that have all white pistles but the also look like there isnt much bud on the bottom ones

when about 85% of the pistols(white hairs turn color its ready

the bottom dnt get as much lite soo it dont bud as good as the top unless you hang some more supplmentery lite on the sides

Dont have a scope, should we chop the top and hang it? then put the rest up higher for the bottom to get more light ?

That girl is not ready to chip. From what I can see there are 'some' pistils with color but that's at the very top, below isn't even close. It just doesn't look ready.

I'd say another 1-2 weeks
