Is my weed to dry to cure ?

Hello people, I cut my plants down 12 days ago and hung them to dry after a light trim then yesterday after 11 days of drying I jarred it all up using sanctuary jars from wilkinsons which have the rubber seals on the lids so I think they are airtight, most small stems tend to snap without bending and the bigger stems seem to bend a bit before breaking. Because of a couple of issues I had during the grow the buds are airy and spongey, a few days into drying it out I picked a bud off and smoked it and it tasted and smelt very pungent but now it doesn't smell or taste anywhere near as strong after 11 days.
The humidity inside the jars are 54%-55% and its 70 fahrenheit do you think my weed will cure? And will I need to burp the jars? And do you think I can get that pungent flavour back?
Any inputs are appreciated, thanks

I'm just stripping my last two plants. Hung them in a room with the dehumidifier for two days at 50%. The small stems were not snapping yet. Yesterday trimmed off all the fan leaves. They are bit dry so today it's hanging in the garage as the outside humidity is in the 90%s today. Later I'll strip them off the stems. I like 70% in the jar and then freeze it.

Maybe. I get my extract material bone dry before putting it into a bucket. Recently I started to run out of cured buds because this cycle took extra long, so I pulled out some of the buds from the hash bucket and threw them into a bin with Boveda packs to rehydrate them. I thought it would smell and taste like cardboard, but I've been amazed by the levels of terpenes still present. I wouldn't say the hash bud is as tasty as the the fresh cured bud, but the terps were dramatically less deteriorated than I was assuming they would be.

No need to burp.... add some humidipacks. It should cure a little.
