Is ozone bad?

I’m wanting something to remove odors from my laundry room while I’m drying and trimming. I’ve heard ozone works well but wanted to hear what you all had to say. I was gonna put another charcoal filter in there with a fan just to clean the air in the room recirculating it or would that not work?

in the levels you need to scrub the air it is harmful for humans. If you want to use ozone it is best built into the extraction, for trimming a carbon scrubber will probably do.

It's not safe to be in the room while an ozone generator is running. However, you can buy relatively inexpensive ozone generators that can clean the air while you're not in the room. A2Z Ozone's Aqua-6 machine costs $70 and needs no supplemental oxygen and can be set to run 20 minutes every hour. If that's too much or too little, page 7 of the owner's manual (linked here) shows you the various settings that are available. Ozone generators have a few more uses that will help your growing. You can ozonate water to give your roots a boost of oxygen while at the same time sterilizing your soil etc. Read more uses here at Maximum Yield. Drinking ozonated water has countless benefits as well. It's actually one of the only known cures for lyme disease although the FDA would like us to believe otherwise. Good luck!
