Is Salvia-D Evil?

Haven't done it in probably 4 years but saw the title of rhe thread and had to say YES it is a little evil lol. Bad juju with those trips, and yea I felt like an inanimate object also. Was a wooden floor tile and everyone was just steppin on me. Then I guess I started chowing on cheetos and speaking in tongues, something about need more power.

Whenever I do salvia it always begin with paralysis, then trip, then slight paralysis and back to soberly... I love all drugs

Same with me, i felt like i was getting squeezed through 4 different dimensions, extremely uncomfortable... but not painful. Not something i want to try again. Also, after the shroom trip i had 3 days ago... im not sure if i want to do those again either, worst trip of my life. And i've tripped a good 30 to 40 times, once i even dosed 9 grams and had a great time, but this one i only dosed 3.5... but man, never again. The most evil shit happened, evil sounds, evil voices, i felt like i was dead and i was in hell. Suuuuucked.

Thank you all for your input so far. Is there anyone who regularly uses Salvia? Does it get better with time?

I wouldn't necessarily say it gets better with time but keep in mind you as a person is constantly changing, so it may be more of your liking later on... If you don't like it right now... Don't force it... But don't tell yourself is bad or evil... Just try it later on

alright. I think i'll try to be in a really good place mentally before i try again. I definitely won't do it alone though.

UPDATE:
Did some 10x with some good friends. Still had an awful trip. I think it's safe to assume salvia just doesn't work with my body's chemistry. Never again in my lifetime, dude.

Salvia just sounds like a shitty drug for everyone..Not on my list that's for sure.

I read somewhere that using it orally is a better experience. I guess its easier to digest mentally if you go up slowly and have a chance to settle into it. When smoking it you are pretty much shocked and then already on your way back. Then again if it still sucks orally its gonna be a long time til you come down. Get a sitter and try it, then get back to us.

ya i tried it smoked some 20x. I was laying on the couch and felt like my head was being sucked into some infinite gravity field. And yes I was in another dimension unable to move. It was pretty cool though reminded me of death. This dude had this yellow sweatshirt on was over top of me doing something but All I could see was Mcdonalds golden arches spreading out of infinity

I had a very profound experience on salvia but i still dont think i will ever try it again. My partner and i picked up a bag of 20x (i think it was 20x) and she went head first full on and freaked out, didnt know who i was or why i was in her house. We have been together for years and had both moved into that place together so i was a bit shocked when she started saying that. After that i wanted to try just adding small amounts of it mixed with weed (10% salvia 90% weed). I found that if you add the salvia to the middle of the bowl and then pack a bunch of weed ontop and just smoke it till the ash is near the salvia and then use a torch or two lighters on the salvia bit, you get a good blended high (For all i know it could of been a placebo because salvia does take high heat to work good). The come down led to amazing sleep if you were about to go to bed but in the middle of the day it leads to a headache for me.

So after all this one night i got some good news and was in a happy place and see the silver bag slumped over in our drawer. I felt the mood was right and packed a bowl halfway with weed and topped the rest with salvia. Torched the bowl and took one big rip and held it in for a few seconds and had to cough so i blew it out, figured i needed another one quickly so i ripped it one more time passed the bong to my partner and laid back in our bed and let the smoke out after a bit. The expected feeling of someones hands on my shoulders pushing me down into our soft bed, at the start i could see the wall meet into the corner of the room but once it started it felt like the walls peeled back and opened up to give me room to feel comfortable. I started to hear voices and my partner asked me who it was and i said without thinking of the words "my dad" whos been dead since i was 3 from a heroin OD. Im pretty skeptical of ghosts or anything after-life but at times ive had near death moments and somehow made it out alive without a scratch or a dent which makes me think im being watched (sounds cheesy). Long story short i felt someone or something i thought was my dad and felt so close i could touch him and hear him. It was the most backwards ive ever been, scared as shit from the saliva but feeling safe and comfortable at the same time. I cant remember everything that happened in those few moments with the voices i heard but i do feel like whatever it was has had a positive experience on me since then. I could of been talking about my dad that day, or seen a picture of him and thats what made me think he was ther. It could of all been in my mind, or it was all real thats the part that fucks with me and makes me think about trying it one more time.

I have found very few shamanic uses for salvia. I have found little uses for any of the belladonna alkaloids. Through reading about this specific family (which includes Datura, another biter) it would seem that most of the belladonnas were used more for intoxication than spiritual quest. Salvia comes close with some history in sweating and sweat lodges, but IMO the belladonnas were regionally used in attempts to get fucked up by the most bored and never gained much cultural following inside of indigenous groups.

Salvia will turn your brain into silly puddy, try 40x to get a real experience, every thing else is ether too strong, or a tease. Salvia will take you to a higher realm full of the ones who control this realm, They do not like being exposed. Once your here they will throw you back leaving you only that much more courious

Salvia is indeed evil, not going to write out my whole trip experience i'll save that for another thread for you guys to laugh at but i've never heard of a good salvia trip and I only did 10x. Very happy I wasn't a jackass and get the 80x. It was the shortest trip i've ever had, just took one hit of like a .1 or .2 max anyways it was the scariest time of my life and I did it in front of my father who has never seen me triiping. He thought I lost my damn mind. I even felt weird for a few days and even saw blackspots occasionaly the same day. Not saying i'm not gonna try it again though haha.

yeah, i stuck to the lower strains as well (5x and 10x) and even tried to mix highs. the salvia just ruined my weed high, i felt trapped and like shit both times, the only difference was that after the salvia wore off I came down onto a weed high; which was lovely. I feel you, bro, i KNOW i lost my damn mind my first trip(5x) and felt like shit for like a whole week after. never doing it again, all i can say. doesn't matter how low or high the strain never a-fucking-gain.

When i smoked it... I just kept packin bowls n chiefin it... I always have a heavy tolerance to trippy substances it seems, but when it hit me,, it hit me like a fucking brick, all I recall of those moments was reaching out to close the cap on the salvia bottle, and loseing all fuction of everything pretty much and just remember screaming at my arm to put that fucking cap on....

Then finished the rest of it with some chick that had no idea she was smoking salvia, mixed it 1/2 n 1/2 with buds shes like damn im seeing wierd colors and were like that'd be the salvia shes like... WAIT WHAT?!?!
