1) Are they likely to creep up plant and get into colas now even at 5 weeks (Not up in Canopy)
2) With others in room is it likely to contaminate rest when I think only 2 weeks left, into flush now,
3) pull it up...

Those have a long way to go. Keep going unless you have something ready to flower. Seeded bud beats no bud. And try the seeds. Likely hermied from stress. You might get lucky. Get good bud.

Really clean your grow area after this hermie is done. A little pollen goes a real long way. Water does not kill or deactivate it but can make it easier to wipe away without it flying everywhere.
