Is there a problem with the plant?

I admit i have no idea what you said in your language but No, I don't think you have any significant issues.
sorry mate i fixed the defect. Can you check it again? Because my friend said there was something wrong with the light cycle. Nothing like this happened. And he told me the fruits won't swell.

I think your friend is referring to the reveg appearance of the buds which can happen if you introduce longer day cycles after the plant has started flowering. Those buds do look odd. But I've grown sativa's that had a similar appearance. I don't know what "Bingo Seed" is but if those are an indica dominant strain then something is off. Inadequate light, heat, or nitrogen in flower can also cause fluffy buds. It could be a combination of multiple things or it could just be the strain. You do not provide enough information.

I don't know seed genetics. Sativa only. Trying to rush it, 10/14 light cycles this day. Is this a mistake? I am using 150w cob led. Biobizz bloom. Only this. My first experience, I don't want to rush. But I get bad reviews. 'development is bad, slow ..' in the 5th week. is it too early to blame

If it's a sativa then the growth is normal. Most sativa's take a minimum of 10 - 12 weeks with some sativa's taking 14 - 20 weeks to be done. You still have probably 6 weeks maybe more. The light cycle is fine. I've used 10/14 on long flowering sativa's to get them to finish faster. Just keep doing what they're doing and don't let your friend rush you and harvest early. The flowers are not likely to develop into dense buds like an indica strain and you really need more light. Be patient, let them finish, and you should harvest some good smoke.

Good luck.

I understand very well, thank you very much my friend.
