Is this a female pre-flower?

My plant is an indica strain and is 32 days old. Started 12/12 15 days ago. Yesterday I noticed this on that part and on the other side opposite each other but that's the only 2 I see

I don't see pistils either. but it looks like it will be a fem. you are looking for 2 white hairs, not white fuzzy parts of a leaf which can be often misleading lol. give it more time

Look a right next to the stipule on the left u see that raised growth in between the stipule and the leaves coming out of that node

Look real close on the left node right in between the stipule and the new leaves coming out of the node.

Yeah if and when two white hairs appear from the caylx you are pointing out.
That will tell you female.

I tried to take a clearer picture. To me it looks like a female calyx on the left node like a little green sheath.

If you want to be this IMPATIENT with your plant. go the old school route of cutting a clone and make the clone show sex WHILE u leave the parent in veg.

You have 2 options, wait, or take a clone from it and force sex (or use someone elses show sex now method.)

Don't worry. When they really start to show, you won't have to ask.

just give it time and relax you dont wanna be stressing yourself out too much over it, hope its a fem, good luck with the grow!
