im vegging my plants under a 17/7 cycle is that good? or shuld there b the extra hour an if i do switch it to 18/6 will it harm them???
is this a good light cycle timeing??

how old are they? Lots of people will veg under 24. Some say they do better with 6to8 hrs sleep. Mostly though its a personal pref to each grower. And no it won't hurt them if you switch to 18/6im vegging my plants under a 17/7 cycle is that good? or shuld there b the extra hour an if i do switch it to 18/6 will it harm them???

ok thanks a lot... one is about 2.5 weeks old the other is about a week old doin reallly good right for the lighting i have only have 2 14w cfls

just go to 18/6 and start working on getting as many of the highest watt cfl's as you can get. The bigger they get you're going to need a lot more light.
You'll need the higher end spectrum 6500k for veg and the 2700's for flowering. Some people will mix 60%6500 and 40%2700 for veg then reverse the ratio for flower
