Is this bud rot will washing peroxide lemon and baking soda help

I certainly wouldn't smoke weed that had a huge amount of bud rot on it. I can spot it fast, usually. So if the bud can be clipped down then that's what I'll do and toss the affected area. If it's visable on the stem and other spots on the bud it's over. The buds prob gona taste like a shit sandwich.
