is this calcium toxicity?

I think this is caused by hard well water - not sodium but maybe too much calcium? does anybody know what this is? the ph of the water is 7, the plant is in the same soil (the local store's mix amended to subcool's super soil recipe) as other plants that don't exhibit any of the symptoms, or they do but on a lesser scale - the leaves right under the new growth are curled up on the edges, laying flat, and a tad pale, while the lower part of the plant looks healthy. I can't imagine there are any deficiencies in the soil, but maybe too much of something causing a lockout - anyway I can't match what I have to any of the troubleshooting pics I've seen. the strain is tangerine dream and it was doing fine until we got a few nights in the low 30s back in late may, it hasn't snapped out of it yet. if it's that cold sensitive I might as well rip it out now and start over. I hate to do that since I vegged it for 3 months before I planted! I don't know that flushing is an option because the plants are in the ground, which is clay. any insights/advice would be greatly appreciated thanks!

thanks for chiming in. I don't think it's sulfur because of the droopy, cupped leaves. I really think it's a ph issue in the soil, or a calcium issue with the water. I think a lot of folks in my area use r/o systems and I'm hoping that's not the only solution...

Ca toxicity is real common indoor with tap water imo, but I don't have much experience outdoors, that's a monster of a plant man, maybe it's just hungry for some N or somthin?

hahaha no no I don't think she needs N, not yet anyway! I want to believe its the water... the other plants I have are all in the same soil mix so if it was a ph issue with the soil they would also be struggling... we have had a shit ton of rain this week, so when it dries out again, I'll see if she responds to the different water - if not then I''ll resume suspecting ca.
