Is this fixable?

So when I went to clean any PM off today, barely anything came off. There were a few obvious spots, but most I think is some kind of damage unfortunately. I am going to continue treating with plant therapy and see what happens, but I’m open to suggestions!!!

so After talking with Chadfly for awhile my plant is doing much better. Thank you so much Chadfly111 for helping a first time grower, reaching out to me first, and being so patient and not condescending at all. People like you are what this industry needs more of. I will happily pay it forward once I have some experienc.
