Is this flowering?? Accident

I do not yet have a vacation timer.I forgot to turn my light back on after its usual 4 hour dark period and it got a full 12 hours,but just once. The plant is about 8 inches tall, and I see these little leaves emerging where the fan leave stems connect to the main stem, what are these, and does this mean it's flowering? Please respond quick. Thanks

Its just the plant branching out. You're good

It would take a lot longer than 12 hours to induce flowering.

Your plants look good, that's just new growth, as above said it takes more than 12 hrs to start flowering.

Alright. Thanks everyone You helped tremendously. I was told the seeds were northern lights but it is short and relatively bushy with wide leaves.. Isn't Northern Lights a sativa?

Northern lights is an indica/sativa mostly indica 95/5. Go to this site and it will explain it.
