Is this heat stress or light burn. Plant was fine yesterday but now idk

I’m not sure what this is if it’s deficiency or if this is heat stress or light burn happened over night

Could be a combination of both.

The necrosis on the leaves did not happen overnight!

What are you in( medium)? How much do u water or feed..
