Is this mould?

?Just looked at my plant I have and it looks like I have a mould problem. Can anyone advise me if its deffo mould? Please see pics and feel free to ask and questions. Can take more pics too if I need to.

its hard to tell but try this take a pair of twisers and pull at it if it comes of kinda cobweb like its probally mold or worse case spider mites keep and eye on it if it is spider mites they spread fast if its mold you should be able to get away with 1 cutting the section out or 2 try dabbing with a natural killer vingar, tea tree oil, grapefruit seed oil

some questions to thing about are
whats the temp
whats the humidity
how clean is the room
is there and outside source for air to get it

the number one cause for mold is outside air as the spores get it that way with a fully closed system room you should not have that problem also it could be mildew try a sulfur burning

That is some loose bud you got there, what lights are they under? pic 2 & 4 is mold (bud rot, thanks max)
Do what otg says, try to pull some off, if it comes off easily while crumbling you got your answer and we can talk some more about your options.

actually that's bud rot, i'm willing to bet that you either mist your ladies alot or your environment's humidity is super high.. Try plucking it out, if its rotted then it should pull outta there pretty easily and will look blackish on the part that was attached to the stem. I got that one time when i was growing in a greenhouse that stayed real humid and the strain was a real dense grower

Im running a 600w. bud might look loose cause I pulled a bud off that looked bad.

Got that bud in drying to have a better look.
