Is this Mycorrhizae ?

Went for a walk looking for some goodies for my organic soil came across this under a log in my local forest Is this mycorrhizae ?
I relatively new to organics so any help would be great thanks in advance

I also read an article a while back about collecting beneficial bacteria by buring some rice in a cheese cloth in a forest so I went ahead buried it in the same forest dug it up this morning looks like this any thoughts? lol
