Is this normal bud production, Or...?

I was wondering if this a is normal occurance during flowering or has it turned hermie on me?

That sucks man. I would cut that off and then grab it with a wet paper towel.

hermi! u stressed it at all? if its not a stress hermi your fucked imo, you could try picking them as they appear but it seems futile with that little bud to save because they wont stop.

if its been caused by stress i'd give picking a go, i had a timer issue and my light shedule went to pot, once i solved the issue my biggest plant popped a few horns, i just pulled em off, kept the grow room stable and the plant stopped growing horns, no seeds so i was quite lucky.

Thanks for replies. Lucky for me, that's the only one that has done it (knock on wood). I'll cut it off and see what happens.
