Haven't found that happy area to harvest can anyone tell me if this is ready?

I'd leave it a few more weeks

needs longer for sure, but it's getting there

thanks y'all for the responses I'll let her go couple more weeks she is a two cola girl and think I over watered and she did'nt grow like she should've so I was ashamed to show full pic. thanks again tho for the help
