I'd wait about a week or two.

OR you could always cut 1/4 of it now, another 1/4 in a week, another 1/4 in 2 weeks, and another 1/4 in 3 weeks. That way you can compare and decided what you like. Personally I like my medicine very ripe and the only way i figured this out was growing it myself because everyone selling it is rushing to get the next round of plants growing so they always cut as early as possible because they only care about money.

Yeah, because you starved the plant and it sped up the flowering process in an act of survival. Those buds could have gotten bigger.
These are the biggest buds I have gotten, let me get another picture. I also have another strain I’d like you to see that was flipped at the same time..

That’s a good idea.. I just don’t want to ruin the it by leaving it to long

You can cut off any range of buds you want. Hell you could just leave one kola for an extra 6 weeks if you wanted. You wont ruin it. At a certain point, quality starts to degrade, but it would take at least 4 more weeks to really start seeing noticeable losses of quality unless you have some other nutrient issue or something.

That super yellow hps is making it a bit hard to see color, have you tried turning the flash on your camera on?

As stated ... running them to an average of 9-10 weeks will allow final ripening , mass / bulk and calyx maturity.

Flushing ( starving ) at week 6 is just knee capping them before the later critical stages.
It’s way too easy to chop too early and hard to chop too late.
