Is this timing legit? Running it seems to BE veg at 13 hours?

Okay this guy posted this timiming think its like this

12/12...+ 1 hours So like 5pm to 5am + on at like 10am... Vegging . the extra one hours confuses it and keeps it out of flowering.

it's called the lamplight method. look it up. you already learned it in seventh grade science, but you were sleeping that day.

before electric lights to veg plants in the winter in greenhouses.

I use this method and will never go back. Plants stay in veg and they show sex earier. The growth is more compact and solid.

Not a single complaint using this.
