ISO Contains Other Stuff, Why use it?

You can dewax your iso too TC. ive done it a few times when i let the QW part of qwiso get away from me and it gives me some room for error.

I do a medium wash for a bout a minute to 2 depending on amount, strain with a 55 micron screen. then in a cooler with dry ice i dewax, not too cold though or youll pull out the good stuff

then i strain through a coffee filter while still inside the cooler. works pretty well for me and gets me some clean ass shit.

recently started vac purging with one of those break bleeders. Works pretty well with my make shift jar and shit. Been gettin iso shatter thats super stable. Not sure if its the strain or just the vac purge but either way i made the best iso ive had this way.

I"m gonna make it atleast as far as AZ bud. From there its kinda up in the air still, not sure if we are actually gonna make it to Cali yet or not. I hope to work something out for a meet if I'm that close .

ISO is one of the safest and purest things you can use for a extraction as long as you read the back before you buy it and make sure the only other ingredient is water
and if that water bothers you....you can always special order 100& ISO

As for my post of salting out the ISO alcohol for a higher percent, well salting can will leave around %5 of water, thus %5 of salt, and smoking salt results in deadly chlorine gases.

So I guess I'll just get some more 91+ iso tomorrow. Thanks.

lol, if you were to salt it out properly you would only be removing clean ISO from my understanding. All these processes come down to technique, the better you get down your process, and do things correctly the better your concentrates will be. Personally I just use the 91% and never look back. My next upgrade to my process will be some micron syringe filters to really get a clean final solution.

qwISO is always nice when done properly. I prefer to do 10g-20g tops with qwISO, its much easier/better for me to work with smaller amounts.
